We had a great party on Sunday 13th in the Parish Hall to give Father Michael
a good send off!He said afterwards “I wish to thank all the people of the parish most sincerely for your generous leaving gift to me. The total collection, both personally and through the church collection, came to £4,000.00. I should also like to thank you all most sincerely for your generosity, kindness and friendship over the past seven years. A special word of thanks, too, to my fellow priests, Fathers Jerry, Manus, and Sandy, and all those who work in the church, who have made the church what it is today”.
