Christian Aid Week again
Time for Churches Together in Marshalswick
to set up the market stalls outside St Mary’s Church near The Quadrant
Each year this event raises money
for Christian Aid’s projects in the developing world, usually several hundred
pounds
This year we raised £742
An excellent collaboration amongst the six churches in this northeast corner
of St Albans – enjoyable, social and community building. Bric-a-brac
is always a popular stall, together with Cakes, Books, Toys, Plants, Traidcraft,
Refreshments and Meals.
How about a nice cake for tea? and Traidcraft – tempting our palate
with fairtrade goods.

scarves from to support and educate Nepali lower caste children.,, and somethign
to eat too
