In the light of the Data Protection Act (1988) please indicate on entering hospital that your details may be passed to the RC Chaplain. Also state that you would like a member of the RC Chaplaincy team to visit you. If you, or a relative, are admitted to hospital, and would like a visit, please ensure that you ask ward staff to pass your name to the hospital chaplain, or contact 01727 897 254 (for Watford, Hemel Hempstead and St Albans hospitals) and 01923 844487 (for Mount Vernon Hospital). |
